The situation
Pepsico has two main distribution channels to sell its products in the southern cone of America (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay & Chile), directly to the point of sale (vendors) with its own sellers, or through more than 170 distributors who manage a salesforce of 2500+ people. Pepsico hired Greencode to help collect data from Distributors internal operations in order to audit if they are aligned to the company global standards. We develop end to end a surveys web and mobile app to perform surveys for each distributor monthly, also there are super auditor roles that could review and correct any of these surveys. Also there is a built in issue tracker in order to track action points assigned to 3PDs to meet the goals according the company standars manual.

The Approach
Greencode worked directly with the client to help them understand what they needed to improve the app functionalities. With design thinking techniques we worked side by side to decide what the client needed and with Agile methodology and Scrum techniques, we prioritized the epics to develop a multi-year backlog with a team of 5 Devs and Ops Engineers, 1 Product Owners and 2 Support analysts.

Impact & advantages
Pepsico distributors now have a completely new platform which integrates in a central portal all the multi-year history of audits questions and answers, across several countries and for 170+ distributors in total. This way the company has the easiest way ever in order to meet their goals.
