The situation

AB InBev has two main distribution channels to sell its products in the southern cone of America (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia & Chile), directly to the point of sale (vendors) with its own sellers, or through more than 250 distributors who manage a salesforce of 4000+ peopleAB InBev hired Greencode to help collect and audit data from Point of Sales. We develop end to end a surveys web and mobile app to perform surveys for each employee role in the company, in order to build an audit funnel, for example, 1% of the PoS surveyed via Sellers are also surveyed via Supervisors and so on.

With design thinking techniques we worked side by side to decide what the client needed and with Agile methodology and Scrum techniques, we prioritized the epics to develop a multi-year backlog with a team of 4 Devs and Ops Engineers, 1 Product Owner and 1 Support analysts.

AB InBev distributors now have a completely new platform which integrates in a portal all the multi-year history of surveys questions and answers, across several countries and for +400.000 points of sale. AB Inbev collects data such as competitor prices and shelves facing share using pictures, performing on-site reviews and sellers performance at the point of sale
